Lift the front seat, reach under rear of front seat and press the two tabs, lift up on rear seat, unplug wires for heated seat if equipped then remove seat. Takes all of 2 minutes maybe.

. While the video may be aimed at showing how to install the a/mkt backrest, if you have a look at it, there's also some pretty clear instructions and video of how to remove the seat - starting at about 3 mins 20 secs in - wasn't that what you wanted??

Just purchased the PDF service manual for the 2021 RTL (Ebay) and searched all 770 pages and can't find any instructions for removing the passenger seat. But found some good info on the SpyderLovers forum that explained it. The 2 tabs easily release the seat but make sure you re-engage the tangs at the rear and double check the wiring harness is tucked away and not pinched when reinstalling the seat.
