Need Help Identifying these Parts?

I received these in the box containing my mono cowl for my 2021 F3-S SS. These parts were in the box and they were wrapped as new. The mono cowl instructions do not mention these parts at all. I googled the numbers on the inside of each part in hopes I'd find a BRP part number to determine what they are, but had no luck at all. The dealership had already opened the box for the mono cowl and put my brake link bar in the box when they packed the bike up for shipping. The only thing the dealership did was install a BajaRon swaybar and links before they shipped the bike to me, so I'm not sure if the are guards/deflectors for the front suspension or what? They show no sings of being previously installed, and as mentioned, were wrapped as brand new.

Does anyone know what these are and where to install them?

They are removed from the new bike if passenger footpegs are installed. I had the same mystery on my 2020 F3-S SS.
