Blue Ridge, Route 129, or Gustafsson 13”H windshield for F3-S

Lookin at buying the 13”H x 30”W windshield from bikescreen.com, but it says to use Blue Ridge hardware. Seeing as I currently don’t have ANY windshield right now, where can I find the Blue Ridge hardware? Anyone have reviews on the one I chose?

EDIT: Keep in mind the hardest part is finding the mounting hardware because I don't think they sell it separately.
