On my wife's 2018 F3L the GPS connections were on the left side under the panel just below the tank close to the driver's seat. They were zip tied to the wire bundle. Look for the two wires not connected to anything. May have a tag on them that states customer accessory. These are powered when the key is turned on, as opposed to having it powered only when engine running. Great for GPS power.

Right side, near rear of fuel tank.

Stared at the wifes F3S yesterday, under passenger seat to the left. Marked as "customer accessory plug " or something very similar. Had two speaker style plugs. I recommend a battery tender style connector there, then Battery Tender makes a USB charger to connect to that. https://www.batterytender.com/Batter...rger-Adaptor_2 cut these rings off and put spade connectors on.https://www.batterytender.com/Ring-Terminal-Harness

The GPS plug on 2018-19 F3LTD is under the left side cover near the rear of the fuel tank and has reverse polarity. And yes, this connection is powered with the ignition key on. Don't know why BRP reversed the polarity on this plug but use your multi-tester to check before final connections are made. I've also tapped into this circuit for my volt meter and power plug which both power up when I turn the key on.
