2021 RTL mirror removal - is it easy?
I might want to take it off to help with an LED install.
Looks easy enough... is it?

Smack the bottom of it to pop it free from the (2) lower pins then lift up.

While you have them off, you may want to replace those pins with one of the mirror anti-shake fix options.
'20 Spyder RT: Bajaron swaybar. Vredestein tires, Pedal Commander, Elka front shocks, GPS/USB/12V handlebar mount, Heli-Bars, Radar Detector, KOTT grills & vents, Shad top case, chin & DRL LEDs.

On the 2021, you need to pop off the mirror cover first. Pull towards front of bike. A plastic prying tool helps. Next, remove the small torx screw on the end of the mirror and slide the mirror part off. Next lift up and remove the small dash filler piece. Now you can lift up on the end off whats left and pop it off.

Absolutely how is should be done on a 2021 RT. You can also look at Lamonster's or Pierre's videos about their mirror vibration dmpers - they're detailed and easy to follow.
