Ram mount using handlebar bolts

I know I saw a handlebar bolt that had a Ram ball on the end, but can't seem to find them. Anybody remember who sells them?

I think the Spyder handlebar bolts are bigger, as I did try this with some I had.

You will need longer bolts - Metric socket cap, Stainless steel 18-8 (A-2), 10mm x 1.5mm x 65mm.
