Does Slingmods F3 limited backrest tilt for passenger access?

i have been looking at slingmods back rest by show chrome. i have a question pertaining to the back rest if anyone has purchased this. does it tilt forward for the passenger to get on the bike? thanks.

I have the ultimate backrest from lamonsters on my F3L. It folds down and adjusts up and down and back and forward. I love it. Very comfortable.
