I installed the Lamonter risers on my RT. They work great to bring the bars closer and up to the driver resulting in better leverage to steer. Also they relieve pressure on my shoulders for added comfort.

I purchased the Lamonster 2" riser, which moved the bars up & back toward the driver. Super fine quality , included new longer stainless steel bolts. Lamonster has an excellent video and describes which size tools to use. I used an impact wrench to dismantle the bars. Use good quality, tight fitting socket, (to break loose the over abundant thread lock applied). Took about 7 minutes after I found the proper sockets. Great improvement for my neck and shoulder, No more stiff achy neck, shoulders and back. Note: different size socket for new provided bolts,, Good Luck,, Bill

I was this close to getting Lamonster's riser, but I tried loosening the bar clamp and discovered there is a lot of up/down movement available. I repositioned the bar higher and am very satisfied with the result.

I think you should go with Lamonter risers on your F3. They work great to bring the bars closer and up to the driver and feel comfortable.

I'm close you in size at 6'2" with a 35" sleeve length. I recently installed Lamonster's riser on my F3 LTD. Very nice addition as bringing the bars closer to my body gives more bend in my elbow, and less pressure on my shoulders. Worth it for me for a bit more comfort. As Lamonster claims in his video "it's not for everyone", it was for me. I also have the BRP Spyder backrest which, for me, is another terrific comfort addition.

I have a 2016 F3L and put on the F3 specific 2inch ROX riser onto my short reach bars have BRP riders backrest. I'm 5ft 6in also have floorboards in position 2. No shoulder or back pain for me with this setup.

I installed them on my 2018 F3t. I'm 6'4", and have a bad back. I ordered the risers, kind of on a whim. I had no idea how much better my riding would be. I am so much more comfortable, now. Easy to install and took only a few minutes. I highly recommend them. I ordered them from LaMonster.
