I've been thinking about these. one last question, why did you take them off? did they not help in bringing in some fresh air when open? don't want to buy if they don't bring in a little fresh air

It brings in some fresh air, it is just some people get the air vent kit installed in the place of these. I had these on my 2011 RT and got the vent kit for engine heat issues.

What 2011RTNewHampshire said. These helped with air on rider, but I wanted to get more air under body panels. We rode a lot in high temp days. Last year we were riding on days where temps were between 92 and 113 degrees out west.

You won't regret these. I had them on my '18 and the work very well. They're slightly larger than stock so they keep a little more wind/rain off you in winter/rain and they allow a heck of a lot more wind ON you in the summer. 100 bucks is a good price. I bought mine from jetfixer and that's what I paid.

I have had a pair for a number of years on my 14RTS. I've used them in 40 degrees up to 110+ degrees. They have a marginal effect but they're better than stock or nothing. They are far better at diverting the cold wind stream away from your legs than any cooling effect they may have at 110. When it's 110, there's no such thing as fresh air. The best bang for the buck and performance would be Baker Air Wings. However, they're twice the investment. but you get twice the performance.

    Happy to help.

I understand that Baker makes the most functional wings by far but I just can't get over the looks. I'm sorry Mr. Baker but, no.
