I guess it depends how long the etrack is and the location on the wood. If close to the edge of wood use bolt and a plate under the 2x decking to hold. If it’s 4’ long 20 screws at 1.5 inches would hold but over time bolts will hold better. Probably a good idea. We use screws on our semis but the are 10’ long, 80 screws and half into aluminum studs. They are also horizontal not flat. Use bolts and washers close to tie down points and screws everywhere else.

Wood screws for a bicycle not a spyder.
E tracks in my enclosed have been holding my HD for years, no issues. Lots of 1/4 bolts with larger fender washers on the bottom side holding the E tracks down on the wood floor. Pain to install but it's a once and done.
Looking to get a landscape trailer now to put the F3 and the HD on now. Will go with heavy duty rings and E tracks on it.
There is no such thing as having too strong of a anchor point and tie downs. I've learned my lesson on box store tie downs.
