Trailer is keyed to use same key as spyder for convenience there for reason selling as set.
You could always have a non-chipped, blank key ($3) cut for your trailer. This way you could sell the trailer separately without giving away an ignition key. If you did that, they might sell faster. Not everyone wants a trailer. Not sure why, but they don't. The RT622 is a popular trailer and I would think, if priced right, would sell fast.
