Do these lights fit an F3T?

Since they bolt to the top of the fender struts, they'd fit anything with 2013-2018 fenders (although I'm guessing they would also fit 2019+ "new style" fenders). In all honesty, the lights would probably fit anything from a bicycle to a Mack truck. If I was interested in aftermarket LED lights, I'd buy 'em.

Does this have the wiring harness and directions for install?

When I purchased these there was NO wiring harness offered...I have the directions...2 lights...2 sets of mounting brackets...One switch, I think its a dimmer style??? And 2 junction style connectors...Most of the above is still in the factory sealed boxes and bags...I purchased these to install on my 2008 GS, but ended up purchasing a new 2014 RTS...larryd
