Waterless cleaner
Goooooooood morning,
Wondering about waterless cleaner ... Muc-Off specifically.
Do these really clean, or are they more of a detailer spray?
Got a dirty Spyder in my shed ....
TIA & Happy New Year!

Ive never used this exact product but I doubt its any better than regular car wash soap.I looked on Amazon to read the reviews and I didnt see too many good ones and some guys said it discolors black plastic.Thats a deal breaker for me.I like to use a hose to get the loose gritty stuff off first. Then I use very soapy microfiber cloth on body and sprial brush on wheels. Then I use gas blower to dry, followed by any decent detail spray(ive tried ceramic, what a waste of money),its a lot of work but when I get to a hotel I can do a quickie cleanup and Im good to go.

In between a complete wash and detail, I use Meguiar's Ultimate Waterless Wash & Wax.

For decades, I do what I call the wet cloth, dry cloth bike cleaning process. I fill a pail with plain water and toss in an old wash cloth. Half way wring it out and wipe a small section. Then dry it with an old towel. Repeat until the entire bike is clean. Works great at motels using a waste basket and rags I got from the desk or housekeeping. I very seldom do a hose wash. Usually only after riding in rain.
If there is just light dust, I use a detailer.

Reason: hose spelling

It's supposed to be in the mid 60s Saturday. My bike is filthy. I'll get the hoSe out and wash it proper then dry it off with a long ride. Even in NC, we don't get a lot of mid 60s days in the middle of winter. I might buy some of Lamonsters detail spray (once he's back from holiday) to keep it clean.

Good & lazy too busy riding, will do occasionally using Fast wax 1 D97473D0-6B66-49E3-B8D9-04EA822C31C4.jpg, however np letting high school bands wash Kids do the bending/kneeling scrubbing for$5. No pressure washer worries, they get a smile & maybe a pic.:thumbup
