Default Forum is now showing UK date code

I reset my password earlier today and now I'm seeing the dates on posts in a UK format (i.e. "2018-10-11"). Not sure if this has always been like this or if I clicked something wrong when I reset my password.

I fixed it, it wasnt defaulting for users that havent opted to pick the 24hr format or a different date format in the usercp.

Thats a new feature i added today for BajaRon in his post.

Just so you know...UK date format is day-month-year whereas yous USofA folks use month-day-year.
