    Default 2021 Late model changes

    Hey guys, from the Smoakes video, what I hear the differences in the 2021 late models are:

    * new pully or belt design to be quieter and less squeal noise
    * new sound absorption in the body to separate engine and belt noise
    * new mirror mounts
    * new colors? This could be just the Sea to Sky color but he said colors (plural)

    Does anyone have any more information on the 2021 late models?

    Looking forward to your comments.

    New front pulley (no changes to the rest of the drivetrain) and new soundproofing under the Tupperware (especially/only up front). That's pretty much it. The only new color is the baby puke green on the S2S model. There's a rumor that BuRP will install stronger springs in the mirror mounts but the mounts themselves will be the same. Stronger springs only means it'll take more time for them to wear out. You can pay BuRP $100 for their "fix" or you can buy Lamonsters bolt on fix for under 25 bucks.

    That's it. Front pulley and a little bit of sound deadening. FWIW, the new pulley is about $110 plus whatever labor you can work out. (My dealer quoted me $200 but I'm sure that would vary.)

    Yes my 2021 RTL mirrors lasted a whole 600-800 miles. Lamonsters bolt on fix was cheap and took 15 minutes to install.

    The BRP mirror fix is covered under warranty. See you dealer and mention Service bulletin TST 137799.
    Dealer ordered my parts and let me put them in. No cost to me. It works great.

    That was for the pulley. Bolt kit for mirrors was $23.
