Correct me if I'm wrong but aren't they allen heads?

I have been lucky, I use and impact gun and never had a problem. Many have posted in the past with the same issue you are having and some say to heat the bolt using a soldering iron or something that just keeps the heat local to the bolt so the Loctite softens a little than try turning.

Ok, thanks, that’s an idea and opportunity to buy a new tool.

This has been discussed before. You have to have a really good bit for removal, and you kind of get one shot at it. I use VIM bits, a 3/8 breaker bar, and a couple of good smacks with a hammer. Mine came out fine to install LaMonster's GPS mount.

torx bit and impact wrench got the bolts out easily.....installed the new Lamonster power plate.

For some reason, BuRP has purchased that yellow Loctite by the trainload. It's horrible to try to get something loose using that. I stripped out the head of a steering bolt when I had my '18 RT. I don't see any reason to use that except maybe on the space shuttle.
