I'd suggest you give it AT LEAST a week before getting too desperate & start a fire sale Hammer, altho maybe 'a little' tweaking on the price/deal might just be in order...
If you want to know why I think you might be getting a bit twitchy too early, consider how short a period this advert has been up (what, a whole couple of days now??) and maybe look back thru the succesful adverts in this section, where you'll see that the average time between their original posting date and an advert and being marked it as SOLD is significantly more than just a few weeks!! Plus, if you look down below all the text fields here on this screen, you'll see that you've only had about 36 different members actually come in to read/check out your advert; but if you check on the total number of thread views made by looking at the link on the 'For Sale by Owner' Index page, you'll see that you've got more than double the number of views than there are members who've looked in!! So that means there's gotta be at least 'a few' readers out there who are interested enough to keep coming back to see how your advert is going... So you've got potential buyers looking in, but they all seem to be waiting for something - a price reduction maybe; or someone to start the bidding?!
Given all of that info, can you see why I suggest you shouldn't get too desperate &/or carried away with expecting a sale quite so soon, but maybe a little flexibitity on the price/overall deal might just get a few of those repeat viewers over the line & making offers?! Maybe now that I've 'outed' them & given away their viewing secrets, they'll start putting their hands up, or possibly sending you a PM to makean offer?? Here's hoping, anyway!
