Default 2020 RTL passenger heated grips not working?

On the road it’s cold, my wife’s grips are not heating up it is a fuse? If so which one?

Is the button to turn them on staying depressed? Did they work in the past? If you have not used them before it is possible they are not connected, so if that is the case, check the wiring connectors.

Might of been the first time, yes it’s depressed. Where are the wires?

It's under warranty; get it to a dealership.

Wires should be under the seat.
