Johnny K's in Warren, Oh and especially in Lodi, Oh. Great service, sales and alaround customer support.

for one in Niles Oh, person was ignored & when finally attended to the warranty item was rejected without even checking status. Only 6-7 months old, still had warranty

to Hardings Park Cycle in Canton, Oh. They try to charge for warranty work, believe unmalicious, they don't know what was covered, and it took them over three weeks to do a service

Johnny Ks in lodi......im in centerburg ohio about 12 miles from sunbury & i always go to johnny Ks........strong service dept.....friendly staff..... Only dealer that i will go to.......just a little more than an hour drive on I71 north......

Just had a laser alignment at Clinton Co. Motorsports in Wilmington,Oh seem like nice shop to deal with.

I don't know anything about their service department, but Iron Pony carries Spyders.

I will happily ride or drive the 100 miles or so to get there just to walk through the store.

They are just inside the northeast corner of the I-270 loop.

Johny K’s is very good. I had to travel 2.5 hours to get to them for my local dealer couldn’t get me in for 6 weeks. Johny’s got me in and out in 1 week and even fixed and adjusted a few things that it wasn’t in there for. I purchased a can am outlander from them and they were very good to deal with. I was very happy with the warranty work.

I would try Harding Park Cycle in Canton Ohio. I have dealt with both of them and found Harding much, much better. I even bought my 2014 RTS form Johnny K's and still got better service form Harding Park Tkae this for what you want. Good luck.
