 Where did my messages go?
I was looking in my inbox for an older message, but could not find it. Above the inbox, a note states I have 13 messages and 27 stored. How do I retrieve the stored messages?

Good question. Sure couldn't figure it out myself. Send a note to Anthony via the Contact Us button at the bottom of the page.

OK, I just figured it out. Messages stored is the total of messages in the Inbox and Sent. The word stored for some reason just doesn't seem to fit the concept of messages contained in folders. Maybe it's the best way to note how many messages are collectively in the folders compared to the limit of 1000. Maybe the sentence should read something like, "You have a total of xxxx messages of 1000 allowed in all folders."

Well, I appreciate the responses, but there are about 10 messages that have disappeared. I have not deleted any messages myself.

Just an FYI...Moderators cannot delete PM's that I know of. System glitch???

How old were the messages? If you remember about a year ago Anthony revamped the PM system to purge old messages and implemented the 1000 message limit. If you didn't download the messages before he made the purge they are truly gone for good. If they were less than a year old maybe they got wiped in the one or two system hiccups that have happened since.
