Stage 1 (and stage 2) are ECU flashes done by Monster ECU or Wick-It. The PV3 is a Dyno Jet Power Vision 3 tuner.

hey troop...before the winter fall...take your bike to the dragstrip...run some times with and without the pedal commander...i want to see your R/T with and without the commander, since you have a dynojet...by what I have read so far, nobody has done this yet....really run it with a tune and commander combined...get actual timed runs.

O.K., I think my main question would be does the unit open up the throttle limits.
I generally take a couple long road trips a year and I will not ride behind a 18 wheeler.
My 2015 F3l was a hot rod and twisting the throttle would get you past a 100 in a heartbeat
In 6th gear. That's what I am looking for in a s\w upgrade.

My friends got one on his F3 limited plus a stage 2 monster tune, he loves it, definitely gets touchy at the higher settings. I got one on my Ryker and I'm afraid I'll need a rear tire soon.

Does the PC remove ECU control of limited top speed. My 2015 F3L would do
115 mph, my 2017 F3L was limited to about 98 mph. My 2020 RT has not had
a top speed run as it is new. It will do a quick run up to 100 mph and I am hoping
for more once I get more miles on it.
    Opinions appreciated!

does the pedal commander over come the onboard computers ability to control the throttle plate opening?

NO! It simply intercepts the 'fly-by-wire' throttle signal & enhances that signal before it hits the ECU to make your throttle input produce a 'quicker result' in engine response.....

What comprises a Stage II tune?

Where do you get a Pedal Commander?

    Thanks.

Installed pedal commander on 2019 f3L. First crank after installing received limp mode with throttle position sensor voltage too low. A few ignition crank cycles and the code cleared up and works great. Only test on Sport mode with no extra settings and the tire will spin from start off. No other modes have been done except akropovic exhaust. It seems now that 100% of throttle is actually about 80% of a twist. What I mean is u can give the throttle a twist while riding and u can normally tell by engine sounds if you are applying any more fuel to the fire but after about 80% twist with pedal commander on Sport the last 20% is dead air. Even with that said, it's still fun to finally be able to spin tire without having a sport mode like standard F3S. Of course now that's means I will probably use up back tires more frequently that without the PC.

two panels counting the one underneath. Seems to me like the more you ride it the better Nanny like it.

    hi Indiana.. from KY>
I have been traveling last couple of months... yes difficult in todays world..

i have the Pedal commander sitting on my seat when i get home. I am super excited to install and get the quicker power! I am looking for a quicker start.. especially pulling a trailer from a dead stop.

    Example:
*Pulling a mountain with a 500 lb trailer in tow... manual throttle i could not hold 70 MPH... dropped to 60 and down shifted.. .of course.

    * Same day i went back up same mountain with cruise control and the spyder lost 2 mph. She just pulled the mountain at 68 and never whimpered .. i really did not notice until second sweeping curve. i was thinking what the hell... cruise had more throttle than i do manually?
my point is the Nanny takes away power but allows the cruise control to have more power / throttle what ever.

    jim

I want to pulls same mountain and see if Pedal commander possible will allow me to have more throttle etc...
