    Default Key covers

I got Motorcycle Dave's key covers and they worked great. I used model glue. My .05 tip. .....

    I'm with Possible on this.
And even more important, with all of the reported DESS problems, do you really want to hang metal around the ignition receiver ?

My last 3 or 4 vehicles have been keyless; My last 2 motorcycles were keyless. I find that I am walking away from my Spyder leaving the key in the ignition.

I drilled a hole in mine as noted by others and put a key ring with a leather fob on it so that I would be more likely to remember to remove the key. I covered the metal bits with shrink wrap so they wouldn't scratch anything.

The only negative is that the leather fob part sometimes covers up the windshield and heated grips rocker switches during a ride.

Come on guys.... I now have one of each. I've had the plastic one's since I've had the bike and now the metal. So I have a key on each. I love them both. I've never had a problem opening anything. I glued the plastic one and locktighted the second. Choice is the name of the game....

    Now play nice
