We ryders and bikers have to do our part and make sure we're visible to cagers. If you don't wear conspicuous colours and have a dark bike, that ain't helping the cause...
I may look like a geek with my fluorescent yellow vest (or maybe even like a European cop) but, between the look-at-me Spyder (as in, what the heck is that thing?), and the vest, I'm hard to miss.
That, plus riding with the strategy that I'm invisible no matter what I'm wearing will hopefully increase my odds.
Actually, I find I'm too conspicuous because too often cagers slow down or pace me to take a longer look.
