Default Should I update firmware from website - on our older (2014 Sena 10 headsets)?

Knowledgeable people ..............Just afraid to "update" sometimes when I don't want to have something not work right afterwards. If I just connect and let it do it's thing is this OK? Please help.

If they are working good and do everything you want them to do than why update them. If you are having issues or see that they (Sena) have changed / added something that you would like too try than go ahead and update them. When you update them you will need to pair them again to what every you had before. Updating on Senas web site is pretty easy just follow inst. Good luck with your project.

I agree .... you know the old " if it ain't broke don't fix it "
I still have a duel pack of SMH10D-11's that are about 8 years old that work
just great that have never been updated.

Talking from experience I did an update to my SMH10 set and one of them "bricked" the expression the Sena tech used when the one unit would not work again. It cost me a new set as it was out of warranty and Sena does not repair them. As to previous comments if it is working well leave it be.
