    Default Need some help with identifying a camper part?!

    Am trying to attach pictures of a part i need for new to me camper, its a white plastic piece that fits into the support poles for canvas and has eye on end to put pin through. Any help would be great.

    Go to a tent and canvas shop. They should have it. It's a common part to make joints in aluminum tent frames.

    Depending on where and how these poles are used, I have seen people take a piece of conduit, hammer the ends flat grind and drill holes to fit and use that! Good luck, nice travel tent!!!

    Not sure of make, on the canvas it has a small tag that says evolution 3, build date is 1985, thanks for the help.

    I was thinking the same thing .... but on His pic, it shows a threaded piece inside the plastic ??? .... this complicates things ....IMHO ..... Mike

    I have pieces like that which fit over the tops of my house/garden awning poles. Should be easy enough to find a "suitable" replacement, though not identicle.
