2020 RT LTD Airbag fault
I just purchased the 2020 RT LTD. While riding home, I received a fault code on the dash for the suspension. I continued to ride the bike and continued to get the code. Then one day I didn't get a code. Thinking the bike solved its own problem I was happy. Then I went out on a long ride with my wife as a co-rider. The ride was very hard and I found the bike was bottoming out. I have brought the bike back to the dealer but in 4 days of looking, they can't seem to find what is not working. The computers are of no help. Thus far the dealer has not found any discussions about this problem ad is at a loss.
My question is this: Has anyone had this or a simular problem with the new 2020? Do you have any suggestions as to what is wrong and how to fix it? Any help I could relay to the dealer would be appreciated.

Most likely didn't attach the level sensor arm during the PDI. Already being disgusted several times. https://www.spyderlovers.com/forums/...C210A-2019-RTL
This arm is under Left side - take a look and see if its attached or not.
*This is not attached until its removed from crate and the spyder is assembled*

Take it back to the bloody dealership and tell the service manager you want to see the assembly checklist to be certain they did the whole job completely because they obviously missed at least one item.
Artillery lends dignity to what would
otherwise be a vulgar brawl.

I'm actually upset over seeing this again and again. Has the assembly stopped attaching this from the factory or has it always been this way and the PDI person wont read the paperwork!!!!
*I hope the dealership isn't trying to cover there own butt*

In most cases checklists are a joke. The person assembling does their thing and the checklist gets checked off, usually by the person completing the final sale. One does not know what the other did.
Had this happen to me when I bought a brand new bike. Not a Spyder
Examine a checklist...all the checkmarks are neatly in a row, by the same color pen. You most likely will not find any grease marks or smudges from the tech doing the assembling.

My problem turns out to be debris in the tube. There is a known leak in it and to totally fix it you need to buy the pump kit. But there is away to put air in it as it loses 5 pounds or so a week. Does anyone know how to do it?

Schrader valve is under the seat.
I hope the dealer is ordering the parts?
