Look at a video from a previous year. Same.

I installed a Lamonster belt tensioner last weekend. Start by reviewing Jetfixer's post: 2020 RT Panel Removal. That will get you down to the main (black) body panel on the side. From there you take out the obvious screws/bolts. There are also 2 push pins that lock the panel to the bottom rail (behind the floorboard) and a couple on top. The pins on the bottom are a bit of a pain to get to, but manageable without removing the floorboard. Also, there's a bolt that ties it to the bottom of the saddlebag mount. Once the black body panel is detached, you can move it forward and a little up to clear the floorboard and saddlebag. Done!

Sorry I didn't film the whole deal, but I was bumbling my way through it. I started removing panels on the side and got down to the black body panel, but couldn't figure out how to get it off. Jetfixer's instructions saved the day. You definitely need to work from front to back and remove all of the panels. Having done it once, I'm confident I could have all of the panels off in 30 minutes. Reverse the order to put it all back together. Maybe next time I won't have a left over push pin. Good luck.
