If the seat is stock then no.

It was optional for the 2014 models

Heck, in Tar Heel land you don't need a heated seat!

otherwise be a vulgar brawl.

Does the 2019 RTL have heated seats? I had to unplug some wires when I put on my driver backrest and was wondering.

I believe those wires let the ECU know it there is a passenger in the back seat and it adjusts"nanny" accordingly.

As Lew L says.. the wires are to a pressure sensor which tells the bike you are carrying a passenger.

Yes, I think the 2019 RTL has heated seats, the 2020 RTL does. Both have heated driver handgrips and passenger handrails.
And part of that underseat wiring is the sensor for the passenger position.
