Check the message again after you refresh the page. When I opened up the page on my tablet it was there, both this morning and just now. Obviously it displayed from cache the second time. Then I refreshed the page and it disappeared. I never did see it on my PC.

Nope, I think it's 'just you/your devices' - I'm getting the pic fine on everything here.... the android 'phone, both the Android and the Apple tablets, and the windows PC.

I get the error even with firewall turned off and Norton Auto Protect turned off. I wonder if the Google server doesn't like my Sparklight ISP server.

That lot's a new one on me!?

Is that your IP?? Or is it your Sparklight server?? Whichever, it does sorta look like it's whatever server you are using that's getting told it doesn't have permission to let you see that particular URL, which is where the pic is.... . Not sure why or what's causing it, but I wouldn't put it past Google being behind it all?!
