Ordered a new seat to be made by Seth Laam. It's on it's way home to us. Due Monday. Really looking forward to a more comfortable ride. My wife could last for 30 minutes before pain hit her. Right on her spine. An Airhawk gave her another half hour before she got thigh and upper leg pain. It's about then I had to get off as well. Here's some pics.
