A bit of a heat wave here

I'm in central vermont and today it was 93*F .... " outside " .... in my house on the 1 st floor it was 73 .. and in the Rec room ( downstairs ) it was .....64*F ..... annnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnd I don't have air conditioning ..... so when you read about insulating a home .... it's worth it to go a little overboard ( I did ) ...... stay cool .... Sounds like it could have been a bit uncomfortable but thankfully you're not in Arizona where the humidity has been in the single digits and the winds have been gusting causing terrible wild fires. Those temperatures are waaaay worse.
