2021 RT Limited Colors

Hey folks, I am holding out for 2021 RT Limited (My wife says I have to wait until I turn 50) but was wondering if Can Am normally changes their colors from year to year. Is that normal? Should we expect some new colors or some colors to disappear? You old-timers should have some good perspective on this.

It is standard operating procedure for BRP to change a color or two. The top of the line models usually have the color of the year. There have been some good ones, and some not.

Finding out early what the new color will be is usually not a given.

my guess is with the limited production run this year due to covid-19 . they are going to keep same colors next year.

I think Mob is right. If they are still having Club BRP in September that would be when the new colors are announced.

People seem to be going pretty gaga over the Marsala Red. And I have a friend that just bought the Petrol Blue; pictures don't do it justice. But, to each his own.

I am thinking that most look a lot better in person. 2 of my riding buddies bought matching grayish green ones. The sparkle on those things is awesome in the sun. I normally lead, but I asked one of them to lead on our return trip Sunday, just so I could see the bike from the rear, and then ride up along the side. It is nearly convincing me to make the move. I just installed a sway bar on my 2016 F3T and I am really impressed with the handling now. I am also about to do a major service to my bike (oil and fluid change, belt replacement, belt tensioner, etc.) and will need to make a decision before I spend all that money. I like the looks of the 2020RT better than the F3 series, but I told him we would need to do a 0-90 run to see how they stack up. With the difference in our weight and the weight of the bikes, it should be about even, except for the bigger sprocket on my F3T. I also can see myself adding another bike to the stable for the difference in price of trading my bike in on another new RT. Decisions, decisions. As of now, I think I will be sticking with my F3T though. Besides, I am itching to do the ecu flash on my bike for more power, once the warranty is out.

If/when I ever buy a new RT, it'll be whatever color is on sale/cheapest. I care a heck of a lot less about color than money.

When I ordered my new Spyder RT in 2011 I don't remember the colour being mentioned. It might have been, but a blue one turned up and I didn't question it, it was all mine and it turned out to be a real head turner. If I were to buy a replacement I'd ask for a blue Spyder again. Gorgeous!

How about Manitia Green?

They could do the above color, they offered the above color on there 2020 Ski-Doo 900 Turbo, on there Renegade XRS.

It sure would show up on the road, it sure shows up on the snowmobile trails.

The orange and blue from the 2019 models looked great.

Suggestions are probably a good idea.

I still like that turquoise/creme look from the 50's.

And, I am a fan of orange. See my 2019 F3L.

+1 one on the turquoise and cream. I also like the Coral and black. Chrysler/Ram also has a Silver that is so silver it almost looks white. So beautiful and matalic in the sun.
