I hope I don't have to take it back to where I got it.
I "got it" from a private owner, not a dealer, and he is 5 hours away.

Not unless you got a dealer offered service package for first few oil changes or so many miles. Not BRP specific & some dealers offer to keep returning customers. Usually not bad offers but each their own & their fine print skills ma offer head of the line priority, %discounts, or tee shirts. Also usually only available at time of sale to help impulse buying & not doing the math of comparing.

We have had similar 'service packages' sold here in Oz that ARE Dealer specific, but that's effectively only because the purchaser pays that particular dealer for a set number of services up front, or maybe for all the services required within a given time frame or milage.... and of course, because they paid that specific dealer, those sorts of 'service packages' aren't usually transferable to any other dealer!! But even those package deals don't forbid you from taking your vehicle elsewhere, altho if you do you've blown your dough for that particular service at the original dealer and you will hafta pay the dealer who actually did the work!!
And for your warranty to remain valid, AFAIK you can't be forced to use any specific dealer, altho you might need to be able to show that all the necessary tasks were actually done (so keep your receipts!) Certainly here in Oz, a dealer &/or manufacturer cannot refuse to recognise receipted proof from any authorised/qualified Service Centre that shows such a service has been done, and that authority/qualification is a government awarded thing, not a manufacturer awarded thing.... but manufacturers have been known to beat people into submission by dragging the argument out in the courts, despite knowing they WILL lose in the end!

Seems like they were more interested in sales more than service. I got a good deal but I'm not even sure they cared of they sold it.

Anyone know the cost of the first service on a
2020 rt limited? First I heard 250 then 3 then 6.

Cost, no idea - but when it comes to mileage, isn't it 3,000 miles now?!? Then every 6500 miles thereafter, or once a year, whichever comes first!? How many miles have you got up so far?
The 'early service' regime that was once required on the V-Twins (at 650 miles or whatever) are a thing of the past for the latest 1330's! So if your dealer is trying to get you to PAY for anything earlier, tell them you'll get it done, but only on their dime!!

They told me 600. Then 9300

That 600 miles service is ONLY called for on the V-twin powered Spyders, ie, RT'S fm 2013 & earlier - not on ANY of the 1330 powered Spyder's, ie, all 2014 & on RT's and ALL F3's - which should get their first service done at about 3000 miles, then every 6500 miles thereafter....
Nb: at the risk of belabouring the point, note that 3000 miles plus 6500 miles just happens to be 9500 miles, so yeah, the SECOND service on a 1330 powered Spyder SHOULD be done at 6500 miles (or 6300 if you prefer ) but that's cos 6000 plus miles after the inital service at 3000, and not, repeat NOT almost 9000 miles after a first service at 600 miles!
The 600 mile initial service hasn't been required on any Spyders that left the BRP factory new since about 2015 - so maybe you should be looking for a dealer that's kept up with the changes made to servicing schedules over time??! Or is it just that they're trying to sucker you into paying more for things you don't actually need??
