Yes. The RT seats are effectively the same from 2010 until 2019, altho there were some (minor) padding & stitching variations between models; some (also minor) baseplate variations over the years; and the 2010-13's didn't have the 'built in' slot & cover for the Rider's Backrest. But they'll all fit each other, regardless of which year you want to put on what year RT....
