    Just buy a set of these and some longer stainless steel screws. They'll butt up nicely against the black OEM end caps.

    They do. Another trick is to fill the bars with BB’s. Really helps with vibration, as do the foam grips. There is a product called a bar snake, which is a tube of weights you put in the bars. BB’s are cheaper!

    I used mirrors instead. They work good and dampen vibrations too.
