 Motocross Legend Marty Smith and Wife Passed Away
I know some of you folks here have been longtime motorcycle riders, even with an involvement in motocross. Marty was a 1970s MX star, winning national championships and capturing the attention of many riders and fans.
Details are being posted, but apparently last night Marty, his wife and two close friends were in the dune buggy when the accident occurred. The other couple was not injured and tried to keep Marty and his wife alive until emergency crews arrived.
Simply sad to read another MX star has passed away, his wife to.
