    Not using the same glue pad, no. But you can use a hair dryer to heat the glue pad up - and pull it off. Then I use my fingers to "roll" the residue up - seems the be the easiest way to get it off. Once most the residue is off rubbing alcohol and elbow grease will finish the job. Do the same thing to the mount side - get all the residue off. Then you can buy replacement 3M double sided tape. Make sure you use the VHB 3M stuff for best most secure adhesion.
