Default 18 April ...Remove OEM passenger foot peg F3-S

I was in the process of changing my F3-S oem passenger pegs to BRP footboards.
I ran into a snag with one of the 5mm allen bolts holding the peg.
One bolt came out with no issues, but the second turns but will not extract. All it does is turn and turn in place.
I am in the midst of a FUBAR situation.
Any suggestions as to removing the stubborn bolt?
    Thanks,
    Rotax

Seems to be common issue. The right side pass peg on my 2019 F3-S won't stay folded up. The bolts are TIGHT. Since I ride solo, I just put a touch of black silicone in the pivot joint. That said, I'll have it addressed at some point while under warranty. Good luck in your endeavor.
