I have this and it holds a good load as my wife has a very heavy water thermos. Just make sure it doesn't twist down or it will damage the paint.
I kept adjusting it till it was just right.

The best cupholder would depend on the cup/mug/bottle you want to use. We use 20 or 24oz Bubba Hero Sport bottles, on sunny 95° days I've filled them up with water and 5 ice cubes and they will go gas stop to gas stop and still have ice. Usually run out of drink before the ice melts. Only thing is the bottles are large, and I had to make my own holders out of PVC pipe and webbing. To attach to the passenger grab handles I did as bluewoo posetd, but I put a RAM ball on the holder itself and used a medium arm to keep it away from the tupperware.

We bought some Diamond R cups at the last rally we were at. When I traded out the 2011, it transferred with no problems to my 19 F3.

I note you are posting about the new 20. Just go to any of the above, and they should now say if they are compatible with the 20.

Our Spyder has Corbin Armrests for the passenger. They came with the Corbin cupholder. The Corbin cupholder did not work well.

Removed the Corbin cupholder and installed a Profile brand bicycle water bottle cage. This works very well for us. Typically placing a clear drinking water bottle in the holder. Even though loose, they have never been lost. The Corbin was bad about loosing entire water bottles.

I also use the Drink2Go for the passenger cup holder. Up front, I've got a LAmonster Spyder cuff with the cup holder on the back side. I already had an insulated cup that would fit, so I didn't purchase that.....every works great.....front and rear.
