Its the bracket and bolt that holds the break assembly in place.

I just got a call from my dealer to advise me that mine is under the recall and the parts have been ordered. HOWEVER, with the virus shutdown it's unknown when the parts will come in.

BRP's website didn't show for my VIN. I called my dealer, it applies and parts were ordered on 4-7.

I just got my Spyder back from the dealer Friday after dropping it off Thursday. You guys might want to check the website again. I did and this is what it said after not showing it before:
Safety Recalls
Bulletin Number
Recall Number
Recall Date
Recall Description
Repair Description
Status
2020-5
20V186
2020-04-01
BRP is conducting a safety recall on the 2020 Can-Am Spyder RT. In emergency braking situations, the support which holds the brake mechanism could break and cause a total loss of braking capacity.
This may increase the risk of a crash.
Authorized BRP dealers will install a bracket to secure the brake mechanism to the rear footrest support, free of charge.
