My wife's SPH10H-FM was also having issues with an echo. I tried to make settings adjustments from the app on my computer but it didn't work. Called Customer Service and they walked me though it. Had to be done on the unit itself. Here are the instructions:


The echo that you hear is a feature for the SPH10H-FM called Sidetone, you may disable it by going to the configuration menu of your headset.

To enter into voice configuration menu, press and hold the Jog Dial for 12 seconds until the LED shows solid blue and you hear high tone double beeps. You will also hear a voice prompt saying “Configuration menu”.

Rotate the Jog Dial clockwise or counter-clockwise to navigate between the menus.

Keep on rotating until you hear the voice prompt that says Sidetone

Tap the jog dial to disable it.


Works perfectly now.
