Default 2020 RT Customer Accessory Circuit II

There is one on the right side. I have my Garmin 590LM GPS hooked up to it. It's only powered when the key is on.

How about a little more detail. Which panels need to be removed for access. Any pics of location?

On the right side the first three panels need to come off. The first two pop right off. The third, has three screws and three pushpins. It's a little tricky until you understand how it comes off. Then it's easy. No pictures but I'll try to take a few.

I read on another post someone said there's one on the left side and it appears easier to get to.

Why not just post them for everybody to see?

The instructions were for the right side to get to the GPS power connector.
Pictures and disassembly steps were excellent for accessing either side.

Please share the pictures, I'm trying to locate accessory circuit on my 2020 RTL, took off both service panels, but I just don't see it.

Some of us avoid FB like the plague, I would love to see it posted here if possible. Thanks much.

His Facebook post is spot-on. Just did mine and used bullet/barrel connectors that you can get anywhere. Shrinkwrapped the connectors and then wrapped it up in some plastic for extra protection from water splashes. Used plenty of zip ties.

It is easier to fish the wire from the GPS from the handlebar area if you remove the speaker grille - it just pops out. If your hands are huge, you can even remove the speaker itself for more room.

Removing the 3 tupperware body panels is not a big deal - just don't force anything.
