First Out of State Trip...

Well, I finally did an out of state trip on my Spyder. Went from Jacksonville, NC to Richfield Spirngs, NY. A little over 750 miles one way. I am very suprised at just how comfortable I was for that distance. But I also realized what I need next. So before the next trip, I will be getting the NMN 3" risers and a different seat (not sure which one yet though). I took a seabag and bungie corded it to the passenger handles. But I know I want the Corbin bags also. But I can live without those for awhile. Must say the only problems I had were neck cramps and one a**h*** 18 wheeler that kept blocking me from passing him.

Did my first out of state 2 weekends ago. Elkhorn WI to Minneapolis MN. 400 miles each way. I've got the new BRP seat and found it works well for me.

Haven't done my ryde out of state, or traveled that far a distance yet. Still waiting for my 4" risers, and need to get a higher windshield. Planning to do my first one next year also. Good going there.
