Got My Spyder yesterday
Got my Used 2010 Spyder RT (8600 MI.). It all looks good Except for the seat witch is cracked at the seams Anybody got a fix or one? It came with Elka front shocks and a BajaRon sway bar (haven't looked at rear shock yet). Looks like it has a light kit with a remote but i haven't got it it work yet. Still cold here in Michigan so off to the garage to clean and polish.

There was a seam problem for sure on the 2010 Premier Editions. Post #3 gives some good information. My seat did not self destruct...but many of them did early on.
Very expensive to ship because they are big and heavy. It cost me $225 to ship a Corbin from Alaska to the lower 48. I gave the guy a $150 credit for shipping because I was not smart enough to get an exact quote on the shipping. How could it have been more than $150???
Good ol black duct tape may be a solution. If the holes are there, and they are not ripped out, heavy waxed thread and a harness needle on both ends, will sew it back up and make a great repair. Look up "saddle stitching" on google for the exact technique. PS...you don't need to buy a saddle stitching kit or tools. The thread and two big eyed needles will do the job.

I'd first take it to an upholstery shop and see if they can sew it back up if its at a seam.

X2. Also, try them if it’s not at a seam....an upholsterer can do wonders.

If you're up for a drive to southern WI, I have one I'd give ya. Came off a 2010 RT. Send me a PM if you're interested. With gas prices the way they are you could probably drive here for what shipping would be
