You must pair the phone via Bluetooth to the bike, then connect the USB cable with BRP Connect. Once connected you can browse your contacts to start a call. Incoming calls will pop up on the screen and prompt you to answer.

To end an active call you move the joystick to the down position and hold it there. Do NOT depress the joystick inward. This took a few times to figure out. Have used it daily for the last 2 weeks with no issues, works great!

The operators manual has quite a bit of info about the dash. This is part to the tutorials in the BRP Connect app.

When I hang up after a phone call, the music does not come back on through my Sena 20S headset. I can tell the headset is still connected to Bluetooth on the Spyder. It's almost like it's muted, or paused. Pressing play or volume up on the Spyder has no effect. Anybody else having this issue? Bob H

If your phone is paired with your headset. Delete that first. On both devices.
Pair your phone to the Spyder.
Pair your headset to the Spyder as rider, not passenger.
Phone functions are all controllable from the handlebar controls with a BT connection only. No need to plug in to usb for phone calls.

Thanks, that helped. I factory reset my Sena 20S and started over. All is well.

Thanks for your feed back. It works but so much statics noise on the headset background during conversation. Do you know how to get rid of the noise? thanks for your help..

Check the settings in the Sena 20s app on your phone, I think there's one to change volume during calls and the background noise. I'd check for you but my Note8 took a crap on me last night.

I concur on checking the headset. Mine is SENA based and have the audio boost and noise cancelling enabled. Audio is crystal clear and people on the other side usually have ZERO idea that I am driving down the road at 65mph on a bike lol.
