Will fit RT's, and I had it on my F3 also. Some mod needed to fit the F3. It goes on the handlebar and you can mount whatever you want using the ram balls. To fit the F3 all I did was add some filler to the inside. New with 2 balls is $120+shipping. $75 shipped gets it to you. Tom

Yes, one cuff, 2 balls. Don't think a pic will show. will try. I just used soft foam material, spongy stuff. double sided tape to hold it. I will try a pic and see. Tom

Here's a pic. Actually surprised the phone camera got it. You can see what I used. Iused that material because it was black. But anything soft will do so it doesn't scratch the bars. Tom
