Default 2015 RT Limited shifting problems

I have a 2015 RT Limited with 26,000 miles on it. While riding recently the bike is hard to advance the gears into 2nd, 3rd, and 4th gear. Sometimes it advances 2 gears after I push on the paddle shifter. I have taken it to my local dealer and he couldn't get the machine to act up. After reading some old posts on this Forum the Gear Position Sensor seemed to be the problem with the 2015's.
I called BRP and there was a Technical Bulletin 2015-1 put out some time ago addressing the problem. BRP said my machine was made using the corrected parts.
Has anyone else recently had this problem with shifting and replaced the Gear Position Sensor?

My '15 RT-S is at 14,5xx mi. and no shift problems, K.O.W., shifts soo smoothly. Hope it works out for you.
Today I saw a 2016-17 Trans Shift Computer on eBay for $300.00, I don't know if it would work for our '15s.

your probably doing it right but just in case, make sure you jab the paddle not push and hold it.even though it was made with the correct parts it can still be the selector switch.

My 15 RTS had the gear shift sensor replace on a bulletin. Have your tech replace yours. He can look up the service bulletin.

My 2015 RT was shifting funny and eventually started upshifting when I pushed the turn signal switch to cancel the turn signals. Dealer replaced the entire left hand switch assembly. A number of people have reported issues with the switch assemblies. No more problems once the switch assembly was replaced. The dealer did comment that the routing of the wire from the switch to the various connectors made it a longer job than you would expect.
