The amount of daylight in a 24 hour period would be exactly the same if they left the clocks alone or if they moved them ahead one hour.

I for one wish they would leave the time alone. Either way is fine for me, just set it and leave it there.

Personally, I don't mind the 2x/year clock change. That said, I'd much rather set the clock ahead the one hour and leave it.

Wouldn't matter to me either way. I worked nights or shift work most of my life. The time changes were nothing more than an annoyance. Now I am retired and I don't pay much attention to what time it is anyway. I wouldn't care if we all went on Zulu time.

Coming from AK where the day/night thing is a whole different ballgame...
I now like the DST. At the moment, it gets dark/black by 6:30 ish. Given another week, it will be closer to 8:00 PM--with the change over. As they said above, more daylight, more time to ride.
Not a fan of nighttime riding because of the eyesight and the possibility of hitting critters.
Don't miss the AK scenario though. I like to go to sleep when its dark outside.

Zulu time would be fine and now that i'm retired I don't even give a you know what, day it is. Every day now for me is Saturday, or it could be Sunday or whatever. But I only ride on weekends. LOL

Wish I could find the cartoon but can't. Indian standing in full headdress.

Third shift here. Didn't care what the Daywalkers did then and I care even less since I retired.
