You are going to hear the ejection switch comment also.
I think you are thinking of the "Unwanted" Passenger Detection switch, otherwise known as the "Nag me one more time about my riding and you'll see what happens" switch.

The passenger detection switch is to make the nanny think you have a 140 pound passenger on the rear seat when you have a 30 pound bag tied down there.

If you are carrying a 30lb bag you can disable to switch by removing the round hockey pluck. This will not tell the system you have a bag on the back.

Thanks, I will do that next time I have the seat off. It has not been a real problem, but it probably should be disabled, because I keep a tail bag on that seat all the time.

It disables sport mode on the F3S.

What disables Sport Mode? The passenger switch being depressed or unplugging it?

Thanks, don't use Sport Mode much, but I will unplug the seat switch.

If you disconnect the switch you will get an error message on your screen. What I did was install an oil cap from a gallon Mobil 1 container under the switch cover. This pervents the switch from being activated with no error message.

I will find something or build something to keep pressure off the switch.
