New 2020 Marsala Red purchased from i Motorsports Ill. I bought a 2014 RTL in 2014, Irode that until the local dealer stopped selling Spyders with no nearby dealers so I decided to trade in my spyder for a Vanderhall. The demo ride was awesome and me and my lady were impressed, we test drove the low end of the vanderhall, the dealer said he would be getting in the Gts model which has more room. So we decided to go for it and purchased it in Dec. 2019. It turns out that was a bad purchase decision. The vanderhall was a rough riding vehicle along with rattling from everywhere even though it was fun to drive but I still missed my spyder, long story short I traded in the vanderhall for A NEW 2020 SPYDER took delivery this morning. Now I'm a happy camper!!
Interesting story about the Vanderhall and the return to Spyder RTL, congrats. After the hype I've been reading about the Vanderhall, I'm a bit surprised, welcome back to SpyderLovers.

I bought a 2020 chalk white RT and liking it a lot. I've been riding 2 wheels for 50 years starting with mini bikes. With an accident & age I felt 3 wheels were the way to go... glad I did.

From what I'm reading on Facebook, it looks like you can close this 2020 thread and open up a 2021 thread.
No, seriously. People are reporting buying 2021 Spyders.

I am aware of the 2021 factor. Reports by a few indicate they are receiving "re-branded" 2020's along with newly printed 2021 manuals.
Since BRP has not said anything "official," I am going to let the current thread ride. Mention if your particular unit is 20 or 21 though...just so we can keep the information straight. I will leave the thread run until I hear officially from BRP about a yearly model change.
